New Project Pokedex: #548 - Petilil

Petilil, the Bulb Pokemon. I wish I could have drawn a footprint, but sadly, this Pokemon does not have one. xDD Next time I'll remind myself to pick a Pokemon that does have a footprint.

So I used a few suggestions from others and indeed drew a shiny form and the Pokemon using an attack; though the attack and pose didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. Can you tell what the move Petilil's using is? : D
